As I speak(write), I am muted for 5 minutes by blueroon. I find this an extremely uncalled for mute for these reasons:But first, let me explain the situation. Harveyc1 abused ./broadcast and used him normal chat in /bc. I kicked him and blueroon & james said that it was an abusive /kick: Reasons why it isnt; -Harveyc1 abuse /bc so I had every reason to kick him. -Harvey indeed did abuse it, as he used it for messages that should be sent in normal chat. (Screenshots will be provided if needed) +------------+ Now, onto the reasons why blueroons ./mute was abusive; -I had every reason to /kick him. -Arguing is not against the rules. -He made up a rule as the reason of my mute. -I did nothing to deserve a 5 minute mute. +---------------+ Now, alot of people in the comments are gonna say "It's a 5m mute, get over it," but its not that I lost playtime, Im not complaining about the time part, I'm complaining about the reason of my punishment. I did nothing to deserve this and I believe that BlueRoon should atleast be demoted to mod/headmod. "Atleast," I say... |

There are 78 reports of blueroon's actions as a moderator, much more than idventure and wowman, even combined. Idventure has had fuss made over him, and blueroon, with more than double the amount of reports made against him, has not been even warned. |

+1 to a demotion.He's done the same to me, be sure to check out my complaint. Arguing isn't against the rules, he just likes an easy life and says its a rule. |

That is not abuse of /kick. Harveyc1 is always abusing his donator+ powers and needs to be stopped. However, I'll let this one pass. |

1. Check those complaints and see how many are hackers/griefers. 2. You DO NOT decide what is worthy of punishment, that is why there is staff. 3. /kick is a privledge incase staff is afk or offline. It can and will be taken away if abused. 4. Broadcast is for getting a msg out to the public or to advertise a warp or something. 5. Yes you donated and that means you are a very special part of this server but that does not mean you decide what happens to rule breakers. Nobody gets to play god. Even though you spent money doesnt mean its a right to use your commands to your bidding. |

Demote blue , he is abusing every power he has , especially mute (this goes for penq 2 , and DC abuses his powers as well , banning everyone he dislikes/hates) |

I am calm just making sure they understand my anger.... this has me in a bit of a rage..as everyone argues all over the chat and they mute me for one argument which now has me pissed off as I said....It seems Staff has been choosing who to mute which is very hypocritical of them all...punishment should result on a equal basis - not this pick and choose favorites as it appears they have been doing....very questionable actions lately by Staff as if the rules have changed and they forget to send out the memo.... This is just another case of contradiction by Staff ..yet again....Luigi needs to make the rules clear because it seems we have Staff with the lack of commonsense and have been playing around with the rules to fit their own needs.....I recommend Staff have a meeting and get their s*t straight...One Book of rules for everyone....... |

@Monkey, that mute was not deserved, since other players say things way worse than that and don't get muted for it. If I see you get muted for something like that again, I'll unmute you and mute the player who swore even more. |

That's kinda my point Lerz..... wowman has used that word in every other sentence since that very day...but ill wait .... im going to keep a sharp eye out and see....I think Im going to write out a health report topic....btw wowman ...I mean what I say.. when I say it....and you know for a fact you earned that so shut it... :) |
