Ban appeal for Wowman2002.

Hello.


I have been banned permanently by blueroon for:

"Abusing his power/Everything else"

There are two sides to every story, most of the time one is false & one is correct. So, there are two stories here.


"Everything else"

Okay, so Chip_bruh & I exchanged some pictures, I'm sorry, but it needed to be said, & he then mailed luigi saying I'd threatened him.
Really chip? I told you if you posted my pictures, I'd post yours & the only reason I said this is because you said you'd post the pictures everywhere.

I have blurred some things out since the conversation is very disturbing for some, Luigi & blueroon have the original.

I told him over facebook that my bf saw the pictures, this was his reply....

"Show anyone else my &^%$ pics and I will post your &^%$ pics everywhere"

So blueroon, that's that. I don't want anything to happen in that field, it's done and dusted, I've ignored chip & its not a problem, and it was stupid of him to report me when it was him that had done wrong originally.


Part two of my ban: Smiting trespassers.


I've been searching for an hour & I cannot seem to find it, but Armz said that if someone is refusing to leave your land that you can remove them by any means. So, I did exactly that, today, HaydsMinecraft kept coming in my shop without my permission, after telling him to leave 3/4 times he didn't, so I smited him, without killing him, he left then came back inside, this happened 2/3 times until I smited him to death, didn't stop him from coming back and trespassing, but then, I get banned, not the trespasser, me.

Then blueroon decided to furtherly piss me off and give other people permission to enter my store when I had told them not to go inside, proof of that here:

http://imgur.com/zvASoGI who does that? I was jailed until he got permission to ban me, (which I don't think he got in the end but as an admin he doesn't need it.)


If the head-admin told me that I could remove someone by any means if they are refusing to leave your land & I did it, I only did what I had permission to do.


I'd be grateful if I had a quick reply.

Jay, you need to show the full conversation! You're only showing Chip's side. This isn't valid proof, you need to not blur out parts and show what you've said too.

Luigi & Blueroon have the original conversation actually Lerz, the only reason I've blocked it out is because its very disturbing.

I will PM you the original now, but I assure you Blueroon & Luigi have the original, but I expected you to stick up for the bf.

The principal reason for the ban was smiting, but Armz originally said that it was legal to remove someone from your property by any means when they refused to leave.

"proof" what it shows is me trying to tell you to back off. you used me to get pictures and then dropped me like a brick. when i said to you "you used me" you first, denied it and then you got vicious with multiple threats. this screenshot shows me retaliating for my own protection.

i "threatened" you in self defence, also my threats were simple. leave my pictures away from other people and the intenet and i wont do the same to you. its more of a way to say "treat others how you'd like to be treated" your threats involved much more serious stuff, you did not say it directly but you knew exactly what you were doing "ever heard of the deep web chip?"

Actually, I was not implying anything by asking that question about the deep web.

The deep web is something that fascinates me, If you look on my complaint where I got raided, I had a full on conversation about it with a griefer and asked him the exact same question, I'm not going to post shit on the deep web, its too dangerous & shouldn't even be accessed.

You can argue all you want, but it is legal to remove someone from your land who refuses to leave via smite. I admit to doing that several times myself after /kick wouldn't work. And from what I tell from the incident with Chip, here's the problem:
-They somehow got pictures of each other's penises
-They had a disagreement
-They threatened to post the pictures

First off, you two are, what, 14? 15? You shouldn't have pictures of your penis in the first place. And second, you shouldn't be giving them out to people on Minecraft.

Wowman, I'm only +1ing this because I don't think you were banned for the incident with Chip.

Opening a shop comes with a set of consequences ... one being that players will warp to it unexpected...smite was not the only tool in your arsenal of weapons... Staff is always the first choice. Smite is never a real option...also never build your shop where your home is... its called safety....
The other item on your complaint was a bad call on your part.......... some lines must never be crossed......

@Monkey: It was a stupid thing me and chip did, also the shop was opened in Firenze city, and when people come in they are warned and I do say I will smite them, then they don't leave so I smite them. I did tell blueroon first, 2/3 times but he wasn't listening.

Also, BlueRoon is also one of luigiofthebakery's most trusted staff members, otherwise he wouldn't get so many chances at staff. So I don't think luigiofthebakery will be unbanning you for a while. This type of issue has happened before:

Armzngunz wrote on 2015/07/07 at 23:46:29 (topic #1855): "... if someone is on your plot and won't leave, you can do whatever you'd like to remove them."

Having a public warp to a shop means you give people authorization to be there and you can't do whatever you'd like to remove them. Similarly, this applies with tpa and verbal authorization. However, when authorization is cancelled, and it is made clear that someone is not welcome on the property, armz's statement applies if the person makes it clear they will not leave. For public warps and shops, the warp must be removed to be able to cancel authorization.

So since wowman asked hayds to leave and he refused, wowman was entitled to forcefully remove him with pvp, or if he had pvp turned off, the use of other measures.

Oh, and:

Thank you very much Luigi for confirming. The warp was to the outside of the shop, Its an outdoor counter if you understand what I mean? And there is a sign specifying no entry.

I copied and pasted this thread for future ref or better yet for my own self defense as the case may be in the future as Luigi has answered this. ....lol My only question is why then were players band/punished for using smite for the very same reason wowman used it....yet he is released of this punishment. This is a bit contradicting of previous judgements......
