Hello my ingame name is mayhemfest i have justbeen banned for "trap killing" even after asking permission to build a defensive trap from admin james... it started off with Interprid_sanity tpkilling me and trying to claim over my faction, so me, knowing i had my trap cunningly already set i just walked in my house and waited for him to kill me again. The only tp to my land is a warp to a casino i made for the public to enjoy, but he used his donator powers to walk through my private doors and kill me anyways. Knowing that he would be dumb enough to do it again, i waited in my pitfall house and when he walked in and did it like i predicted, i attempted to kill him. I did not even land a kill when i got banned from the server so my main points for argument are; 1) I did not kill anyone. I WAS KILLED. I got killed my stuff got looted and it doesnt really matter (might be my fault cause i was slightly afk and wasnt aware he could bypass my private doors.) 2) admin james has stated that defensive traps are OK. and 3) Once again im the one who actually lost stuff here and im the one who got banned so idk why mods prance around here banning before hearing both stories ( i was muted for trying to defend myself) its just unfair i should have equal chance to state my case and i shouldnt be at a disadvantage cause i dont have [Donator] by my name.. |

Considering that last time i was banned for "Trap Killing" i wasnt banned for tk i was banned for breaking the rule of no excessive killing and also breaking the rule of excessive swearing because i admit when everyone groups up and spams me i just tell them to fuck themselves sorry, natural reaction. But this time, I did not kill a single player, infact i was killed twice by interprid_sanity, while afk. He used donator powers to bypass my doors and kill me while i wwas afk andhe looted my stuff. Trap Killing isnt even in the RULES which i check every day to see if it IS BUT ITS NOT! if it was i would totally understand, but seeing as how mine was defensive and only used to defend myself from being raided in accordance with james saying we could build defense. Im the one with -6 fac power i got raided for my stuff i was attacked... Now who should really be banned here? obviously not me so please unban me >.> |

1. I did not "tp kill", I was tpa'd by another person of whom you were killing repeatedly.2. I didn't claim anything at all. 3. Your trap is not defensive at all, you sell it out as a casino to people, and they tp there to use it, then you kill them with the pull of a lever 4. You were not killed at all, you suicided into the trap 5. You lost nothing, because you turned your PvP off. I admit, yes I was trying to kill you but it was in no way an abuse of my donator powers 6. You were not AFK at all |

You are accusing me of making a false casino which is 100% inaccurate go to /warp casino i have the best machine on the game the floor isnt rigged i have made a separate house which is set up for emergencies for us to outplay our opponent you just are dumb and walked right in. |

Zac is right, he didn't kill Mayhem nor did he TP to him.I have screenshots of the place he has and he did intend to kill somebody with his trap. I've aksed other players if he has been banned for this same reason before and the answer was yes, so I perma banned mayhem. If what I did was not correct, please do tell me since I don't know what happened the last time he got banned. @Mayhem: lying on your ban appeal won't help you, it'll just decrease your chances to come and play on the server again. ~Lerz |

You can't ban people for tpa'ing people...It's the person's choice to accept AND to have their pvp on true. Definitely not a perm ban. Jail would be suited. |
