Hello this is may my ingame name is mayhemfest and i was banned today on 7/3/15 im not sure if its true or not that my ban was changed to permanent but i guess it was. I was banned for defending myself against 5-6 people in the only way i knew how. I was being raided shortly after tping rift to my house he tped 4 other people and i paniced and threw lava on the floor of my faction home. I did not want them stealing anything or killing me for my armour and i was in the middle of building so in all honesty i wanted them gone more than anything. Well, it had the opposite effect. Once the lava was on the ground they started jumping into it and doing/back just so it would spam the server on my behalf. I actaully did /msg james asking if i was allowed to have a trap on my base and said idk and never gave me an actualy answer. So idecided to make one and now im banned. I would really like to get back to playing the server as i do not feel like defending myself from a raid is really a bannable offence. and also i just wish i had the ability to /ignore people cause omfg every second i was online today i got a message from a different person who joined the bandwagon to hate on me. I literally dont do anything wrong i make huge builds just for myself to enjoy but i cant even do that now without the whole server making hateful comments. the worst part is that they have 0 evidence, while i have 3 screenshots proving that they all said they would gang up on me and that they were indeed raiding my house. please i dont want people just commenting on this cause they hate me i want actual feedback cause i dont even know what i did wrong i just wanted to build and u guys were blocking me. That is a form of griefing which isnt allowed onthe server. the fact that there is NO RULE AGAINST IT IN THE FIRST PLACE also baffles me. I would like to be unbanned asap or atleast shown what i did wrong cause being banned for no reason kindof sucks. i have a friend that i introduced to this server with and we were having a lot of fun just minding our own business. I would like to get back to having fun and also i have another request PLEASE can you add /ignore to citizen because if i could have just ignored all 5 of these people im pretty sure it wouldnt have escalated. Once again im sorry for annoying the mods and admins and i try not to cause problems in the future. I have been a member of this server since febuary of 2014 which is well over 1 year, i feel like i should be given the respect or atleast a right to defendmyself before an admin succumbs to the pressures of his factions request to ban me |

And raiding is breaking into your base and grieving chests to get items. We did not do that we only tried to over claim to stop you. |

Looking at the comments here and his ban appeal, it is apparent that he should be unbanned. It is their fault for TPA'ing to him, so if they tpa, it is their own responsibility.Raiding is griefing, and not legal, if thats what you did then you are the ones who needs to be banned. |
