Speedy Ban Appeal (Wrongfully Convicted) (Cleared near instantly But I will still report it)

Everything was nice until I stumbled upon an old faction area, I asked the Mods online about it, when One Came (~Chriss/HappyFarmer69 (Rough guess of his name), He Said it was owned by a former clan member, who was his "best friend". I on the other hand, asked if we could use the items found in here, He said no because they were spawned, so I agreed with it and Said that I really wanted to use the materials (I use the term loosely, I didn't care if i had it or not) So further on, I found a Farm containing Pigs, Nether wart and the like, and I again asked if we could use it (to return to the clan) (it was owned by No one), He once again said no, And It was apparent that he was mad, as he was not thinking straight ever since i found the church, as he got very "sad" I believe, after seeing the area, So I went on, but since the farm items werent spawned and no one owned it, i thought that i could take it, but again he said No because it was "Griefing" (Destruction), How ever, it was merely Asking for the Metaphorical use of an empty unclaimed and deserted space for benefits for the clan. Stopping at a Third spot, which only contained a cow farm, I asked Any mod in the area, if i could use the cow farm (for Leather and the meat, I was low on armor and food at the time.) and that I had seeds/wheat to replenish the Cows that were lost, He came by choice, got mad again (still mad from whatever went on during the past on he and the other Former Member) Asked to be kicked After saying this conversation was over.... ....But come Ten minutes later (after his Kick) He comes back, and RESTARTS the conversation (I had already left the areas and began on recreating my house), And I Merely Tell him what is going on, what has gone on, and How i am reacting (I was Mellow and Calm, However, He wanted to make me Mad, Both Starting the Fight and Attempting to Continue the arguement) This continued for about 20 Minutes. With me Rebuking him when he Said "If you didnt make it, Touching it is griefing" and the like with examples Like "alright then, I guess i should not touch this dirt or Abandoned Mineshaft" I proceed to End the Conversation While He Constantly Demands I give him Respect (Because Everyone Is Required to Respect the person angry for no reason/Unknown Reasons) He (Chriss/HappyFarmer69) then Proceeds to Get even Angrier, Thinking Unclearly Due to this Memory, Starts Spouting Random Fragmented Sentences (Like "I just ate Bacon" or "Speedy is Drownheaded" (What?), I on the other hand, am responding to someone, Who required food, I said "I dont have any food, I found a 90 cow farm, but for reasons disclosed, I cannot help" Apparently He got even more angry, then proceeded to Kick me, and Got a Mod who just joined and told his (possibly biased) side of the story, and I proceeded to get banned. For 1 second, Which is why i am still Reporting this, because it is still possible that i will get banned again for a Crime that i Did not Commit Shortened Version: A Emotional Faction Mod Gets Angered at a Rediscovered area, Blames it on the person who finds it (Me), who requests to use the materials of the area to benefit the clan, Proceeds to enter a 30 minute Rant (In Public Chat no less), While I proceed to Explain my case, After 30 Minutes Of Mostly talking to Himself (I was hardly taking anything serious about him), He proceeds to Kick Me and Get a mod (Blue) who was A.F.K for the whole arguement (His side) / discussion (My side) and Slander Me through Lies and Biased Stories When you were banned: 5:00 PM 6/15/2015
Happyfarmer69	Date sent: 2015/06/15 22:05:03 First of all, If youdid not build it you cannot break it, factions are to protect builds, even if soemone did not have claiemd it , it is still someone others property. In addition to this the place you found was nto only lived by a former faction member, 2 other people were living ther, as you could see form the farmed farm on the down floor which you explored. Oh and lying is not appreciated either because you insulted me many times too.And i did not lie, not my type as many people know. And yeah an emotional because you asked me 3 times if you can grief someone. And how does my dinner have to do with you ? i was talking to others and making jokes while you were collecting rubish to harm me.And i did not demand your respect i demanded you to stop asking me stupid questions as " can i use the material of the church? " and i was angry cause of your questions.And you did never end the conversation either, you were continuing even if i tryed to be friendly, by telling that you hate me .

And thank you for your support and btw Speedy i told blue that he missread messages or else you would be still banned.So be greatful because I could let you banned for a day maybe just because you said you hate me.Oh and btw this report is white so this should be on complains since you are not banned and since you got a problem with me. This patern is made for [u]banned[u] people not for people who "buthurt" after a arguement.And i got to admit I was rude too but , you had no right to say that I do not do whats best for the faction I work into.Since you wanted to grief it and I did not let you. I think this topic does more good than harm by my opinion.
MONKEYPAWNED	Date sent: 2015/06/16 15:13:12 Dear speedy the church you are talking about i built for faction members to remember their lost animals like horses or dogs and so forth. Its not to be taken down as it belongs to faction member James. Also the Farm and the animals are property of the faction and for faction use only. The two castles / the lighthouse and the pirate ship are also property of James. Just wanted to be clear. There are many players mainly little kids who log on and play in that area. Many of them don't log on as much as we do due to their age. Try to remember its a no grief server. Asking to take something apart that is not presently being used doesn't mean it does not belong to someone who is doing something else at the present time. Good luck.
