antaxei, Let me change that some, just because, and my suggestions aren't biased either:1.Vulturboy As trial mod or mod- This is because you are not usually able to jump from a non staff rank- to a high staff rank, and know he prob dosen't have enough experience, probably 2.. Not funboy because of the bad Things Over time that he has done and that I have known 3. In my opinion Eddie should not be on the list. Vulturboy should be trail, and Jordan shouldn't be on the list. Other than that it's fine. :) |

This is my opinion regarding me on this.1. I do have past experience as staff on multiple servers (They went down due to not being able to pay fees or couldn't keep up with the updates to the game). I am familiar with the punishment system, dealing with griefs, and most all commands (Pre-1.8; Maybe refresh my memory on some). 2. I'm not abusive. Wowman, if you could please enlighten me on how I abuse, that would be great. Please provide evidence as well. 3. I'm not interested in admin. Trial-Mod or Mod is fine for me. I can see me being admin ending up with Dublin, Tyler, and several others spamming the forums with things like "#DEMOTEVULTUR" and "VULTUR SUCKS" (This is something I call the Idiot Principle. It is when someone gets in trouble for breaking rules and then decides to spam the forums and whine until the staff member who punished them is banned). |

There can only be trial-mods if an available mod position is open, otherwise the trial period won't end because of the person's ability to moderate, it will end only when a moderator position opens up. |

No hate just putting in my opinion.Owner - luigi Head admin - Armz Admin - V Blue DC James Mod - V Myself, HappyFamer Lifoo Jordan/jordz/whatever he's calling himself now ;) Helper - Helper isn't really a rank. No one has it and is basically mod. I didn't put Wowman nor Vultur in here because of the constant conflict, I think if either got into power it'd be abused. I also realized that this leaves with only 9 staff members, however I think that it is better to have fewer good active staff members rather than loads of un-active non-trained ones, You get me bruh? -Penq x? |

Also, I think there really needs to be an official vote on which staff should get demoted ( Who are inactive, this means they've not been on within 1 month. ) Then another vote to see who would be to replace these members, who get demoted. Right now we have 3 or 4 admins, most of which are in-active, let me list two, Tyran and craig. Both I've only ever seen once or twice. Point proven? So what is your idea on this suggestion? I may put it into another fourm to make it more.... clear? |

Penq, I would just like to state that I'm trying not to keep the conflict going. I'm not openly insulting anyone or just doing things to piss them off/get them in trouble. I've changed and I have only abused once before and I was already punished for it. I'm not doing it again. |
