Hello! I am dan9099.Your In-Game Name: dan9099 How Old You Are: 10, but please respect that. I have an older brother who plays and he is 15.Your Gender (male or female): Male. In my opinion males and females should be treated equally with respect. Have You Been Banned on Any Other Servers: Once for griefing I think, but now I don't grief or any bad stuff against the rules of any servers. Why Do You Think You Should Be Moderator/Helper: Well, I am kind, I know how to deal with the people doing bad stuff, I've always wanted to make warps, I'm a good builder and basically half the server likes me. How Long Can You Be on The Server For: 2-7 hours a day, you are most likely to see me be online. What Country Do You Live In: I live in Australia, like luigiofthebakery. How Long Have You Been On The Server: I've been on this server for about 6 months.

Experience on this server:
I have experienced a lot on this server. First of all I joined the server. I was a Default. Later on I asked for the rank Citizen and I got it. I joined the faction RoyalCakes (now known as DarkMagic), which was a good experience for me on the first faction server I've ever played. I also grew to the nickname BowserOfTheBakery, which I liked back then I guess. Then my older brother used the account and had the nickname KazzaQLovesU. Then he spammed this message: Add me on Facebook <had name here>. He got muted for an hour. When I got on to this account I changed the nickname to BowserOfTheBakery again. The faction DarkMagic wasn't very active at all, so I joined a faction called COG (now known as CHINA), which was leaded by luke_overcast. Later on someone called SuperGirl joined the server and she wanted a wolf spawn egg. I said I was gonna ask my friend (luke_overcast) to get her one. But then I was suddenly jailed by BlueRoon for saying it in public. I told him who my 'friend' was and he unjailed me. Again, this faction was quite inactive and I had found a supposedly better faction called BlockVille. I joined. It was a good faction. Again, this faction was very inactive and I decided to make my own faction. I changed my nickname to L3genD. Then I created a faction called L3genDs. A new player joined the server. This player was SolarPanelMan. He was looking for a faction to join. I let him join my faction. We built a wooden house together. It was near BlockVille's base. This house was soon to be the one and only L3genDs' spectacular faction base! We went mining and found some diamonds! Then SolarPanelMan had to go. I had to go for two weeks (I could only play Minecraft at my Dad's house every 2 weeks, but now its changed because I have Minecraft on my laptop. Over the next two weeks a guy called Kaisereezvy joined my faction, then left. He changed my base, with all the floors and stuff. But the sad thing was that SolarPanelMan left as well, also leaving the server I guess. A few weeks later, Kaisereezvy re-joined my faction, so I got quite happy. He enjoyed it. I made him a room. A couple of weeks later he left to make his own faction. That was sad! ={ At the start of that week Jordan (Spyro0104) joined my faction, but then he left. And infact that week was last week I think. So thats my story on the Mushroom Co.!
What I would like for the server:
I would like to add minigames to the server for those who tend to get bored easily. It would just add a bit more fun to the server, you know. I would also try finding some plugins for people to add to the server. I would like to help other players since that would satisfy me and the players. I would like the chance to help everyone with commands, whilst keeping in mind not to abuse commands. I would like to be one of the best friends I can be to players on the server. However, I will punish those who do the wrong thing. I want to hold competitions and polls for the server.

You just seem a little desperate for moderator. That just gives me the impression that you will abuse powers. Being kind isnt the only thing this server looks for in mods. Also you say that you have always wanted to make warps and are a good builder <- are you just trying to become mod to do those things.

By removing the content of those old topics, it now looks worse because the topics are still there but they just look like spam. I think those other applications were better and they were also good because they had older creation dates. It seems like you just continued to make new applications only because people were downvoting you which is a really bad practice.

Why do you think you should be moderator: To help those in-need, deal with problems, make the server fun and be able to help everyone (which I sorta do already, it would just be easier as Moderator to do it). Also this would be my first time getting staff on a server! =D
How long can you be on the server each day: Well I am one of the most active people on the server, so roughly about 2-6 hours a day
What country do you live in: I live in Australia, if you don't see me online its probably time zones
How long have you been on the server: 6-7 months I believe.

My Rights and My Faults on this server:
Sometimes I can be a bit immature. I also tend to have a bad temper when people just go off and get really mad at me. But, I've been changing a lot. I still tend to get a bit immature with my memes I post... I have become a popular person on this server in the past, but recently I've only been known for bad things... So thats why I'm changing. For all of you. I want to help make the server a happier and better place. So I've been trying to do some good deeds lately. I also tend to report people a lot, maybe I should stop because it causes so much hate. But I should still report people because if we didn't report people they wouldn't get dealt with!

Dan should not be a staff member.



Dan purposely looks for arguments and provokes people just to look like the good person & the peace-maker. He has done this with so many people now, including myself.

He is very hypocritical and immature, falsely accusing people of insulting him & many more things, which makes him a liar.

He said I was breaking the rules by calling him a hypocrite, you are a hypocrite dan because your actions are hypocritical.

Also, more proof that he cannot take criticism is the fact that he argues on his own application and even being rude & biased against the people who -1'd him, if you look, he has -1'd each and every person who has -1'd him. Immature.

I also remind you all of the screenshot I added earlier, if you look up in somewhere above, you will see him spamming and disrespecting.
Immature. Rude. Rule breaking.


He even went so far today as to say that he was nice until he met me, but when he met me I turned him into a monster....
