If you decide to give a -1 on an application, please include WHY you are doing it. And don't make it be for some petty reason like "Oh I don't like you" or "You offended me by mistake". Make it a good reason with good feedback saying what to improve on.
I'm not sure if this is in the right section but it needs to be said. |

I agree with you Vultureboy......please give sufficient reason why? It goes a long way for the application owner to improve on their own skills. At least i would like to know where i can improve on.. |

This isn't necessary. An opinion is just an opinion, if someone just feels like they don't want you to be a moderator, they are entitled to that opinion.
However, a reason is really helpful as feedback for the applicant to improve and it gives more credibility to the presented opinion when considering the application. |
