Hello! My name is Lerz and I've been on the server for quite some time now. I thought it'd be nice to send an application to see how the feedback is on the forums. Another reason for sending it is to get my name known by others ;D

Aight, before the application I'd like to give some general information about myself to show my intrest and effort into any position avalible.

My name is Lerz, I'm 15 years of age and I live in the Netherlands.
I am in the 10th year of senior high school now. (Last year, exams now) (I think that's what they call it)
I have alot of spare time I use to go and play games. I spend most of my free time playing Minecraft. I do have a job which is every Wednesday ( 5 - 8pm CET) and Saturdays (from 12pm - 5pm CET) It isn't much but I do like my job haha!

I do also have experience as of being a staff member. I've owned a couple of my own servers with allright results. I've been an admin on a few servers. One of them being Napacraft (unfortunately shut down after 2 amazing dedicated years of service) And I also know how to moderate the chat ingame and on the forums. I handle situations properly by not abusing any commands and just talking to the victim and helping him or her out with the problem as best as I possibly can. I follow my orders well and I do not tolerate any offensive or pointless chat messages.

I think I covered pretty much all of what I had to say.If you think I need to say something else about myself please do tell me :)

Now for the application itself.

Your in-game name: My ingame name is Lerz.

How old you are: I'm 15 years of age.

Your gender (male or female): I'm a male.

Have you been banned on any other servers?: No, I haven't been banned on any server as of today.

Why do you think you should be a moderator?: I think I should deserve a staff position because for 1; I have the knowledge of being one and understand the job which comes with a lot of responsibility and stress at times which is no problem. I handle problems correctly and I'm always honest, reliable, treat everyone equally and fair and I'm active. I do speak and write the English grammar well which is essential for any staff member. I'm mature and I don't act foolish. (+Spanish, Dutch and German)

How long can you be active on the server every day?: I can be active for around 6 hours a day max. If I have to go work or study my homework it'd be 3 hours a day. Of course throughout the weekends I'm avalible the whole day for around 12-16 hours.

What country do you live in?: I live in The Netherlands / Holland, which lies in Europe.

How long have you been on the server?: I've been on this server for a few days before I made this application. ~As of 17/8 = 3 months~

Abstained, improve your time on the server [Never seen ya before]
and play for a bit longer, maybe 3months? and you could have a chance at getting moderator quite easily, the app is good.

I do understand the not being online part, that's because I've only just joined yesterday. I also did say that this was to get my name out there and the decision could wait for until I'm ready (long enough on the server)

This was probably one of the best applications I have ever seen, clearly a mature person with lots of free time. Obiously we have to see you as a player for some more time but yeah, sure.

Great application! Obviously I think you need to be on the server for a longer time but if you carry on doing what your doing, you'll definitely have a shot at moderator later on! Good luck in the future!

I won't be on the server from today off on till Sunday, the reson being is that I need to finish my homework and I have alot of work this week. Thank you for understanding. I'll be back as usual everyday on Monday. 1st of June.

Well, you seem to be popular among the people I know and trust, though I have not personally met you I have seen you online and you seem to be friendly and fairly mature. I'll +1 ya. Great App by the way. I love it when people are thorough in their information and have good grammar and spelling. I'd like to say I have good grammar and spelling but I use too much Microsoft Word to be confidant of that. XD

I'm revoking my -1 I made almost a month ago. Lerz in my opinion is one of the few people I think actually deserve their rank and I've never seen him in an argument before. He's kind and fair and over all a good player/person.

+1 great mod... Helped me out so many times its unreal and gives fantastic advise. Lerz deserves admin quite clearly is one of the best mods. Just want to say its a good idea for ANYBODY to ignore slenders -1's or +1's
