Although it may be partly Evans' fault as he is a staff member, that doesn't remove all blame from yourself. Just because Idventure owned the faction, doesn't mean he owns everything inside it. If Swag built the glass walls, they were hers, and therefore it still counts as griefing, regardless of whether Evans or Idventure or anyone told you you could do it. No one has the authority to override the rules. Furthermore, the screenshot penquinator provided (http://webbcraft.co.uk/upload/uploads/screenshot_18.jpg) shows clear evidence of you breaking rule 3 in the most severe manner. That last sign is very disturbing, first you TELL her to "rest in peace", a connotation for death, and then say how she's not welcome on the server anymore. That's truly the most appalling part of this whole ordeal. |

Wowman, you are either not listening or are the most dense person I have ever seen.Just because it is Idventure's faction's land, doesn't mean that everything on it is at his disposal to give away. KG is partially in the wrong, but you still aren't off the hook. It's still stealing and it does matter. The complaint forums are getting spammy with complaints about you and I think it's time you get banned and stay that way. |

I honestly don't mean to interject but if i may? Im relatively new to the server..been on maybe two months now and im usually online at least once a day for a few hours as Im in my early 20s and have work. I check up on the forums regularly just to see if there are any projects I can work on or to make sure no one is mad at me for anything (i haven't interacted with anyone except for those in my faction really though). All that being said: The only times i have encountered wowman in chat is very hostile or apologizing for something he did. Im a pretty relaxed person and i appreciate how welcoming and friendly everyone is. I really hope that the people logging onto the server for the first time can see how great this server is (thanks luigi!) Honestly speaking and not intending to make enemies or choose sides i would like to enquire about voting or maybe a town hall somehow for the server to discuss further without finger pointing. I don't think attacking each other on the forum is making any forward movement on how to get past peoples indiscretions or past errors. I really appreciate the time taken to read this and hope that we can all get along. With all due respect -Yoshi |

KidYoshi13 spoken like a wise man I like it ;) now this is a truly wise man wish all my minecraft frends where like you Any way wowman202 the fact that he donated to the sever is truley nice ok if you ban him you steal his money wich is Dushey and I don't think it's staded in the donator part of this website when you buy a rank and your possably get baned you get your money back wich is a rip off to the buyer no matter what happened on the sever even with hacks and greef (Possably unless the hacker seems etremly dangers to the refund that I prosume is attshed to a credit card of the owner) (if your agents what i'm saying lets come to a copromise and say this )It's should be stated to donators on the website right hear that you will not get a refund if you muck up on any listed rules on the agreement (that should be made) that should also be attached to the donator aggremets just as a reminder when you buy) If you dont under stand just ask me AND Please keep it mature when talking to me On a side note to wowman202 ( To him: I'm putting my neck out for you man you better fix your crap now!!) he is a grate guy but is esaly agrovated and I'm not going to lie I didn't like him at first at all but we made up and now we are friendenemys wich is fine also he has cuntrebuted a lot to the sever I mean just look how many post he has on this website he chares I may not like how he deals with things but that's another thing to talk about another day. I love what Yoshi said and she is 100 % correct. Lets not go tagging people with out a court system in place to go through the evidence. I for one cant see how anyone would give away the things someone can give or sell another players items... If Loki did this to me I would hate him for ever and thank god as crazy as he is, he would never do something like this. This to me was a bad judgement call on the Admin or Mods fault not wowman (100%). Though i think he should have known better. He should have stored the items in one of his vast lands... not like he is tight on space. Just a bad call.... |

Even if he did donate, that doesn't mean he gets a "Get out of ban free" card. He's done multiple things to deserve a ban. There have been donators who have been banned in the past. This should be no different. |
