Yes. I killed SwagMaster & Skateboarder.I always kill with /tpa. I have picture evidence of Skateboarder accepting my tpa request, Swag was in Skate's faction at the time. Here: http://imgur.com/YCcrRwO That's Skate & the guy next to me is Swag, that is/was there base. I am banned for 12 hours, 9H left, I know this is a ban appeal but its also a complaint that I was banned with no evidence of this & the person lied to get me banned & did it well. I was banned by Lifoo. |

I did tell lifoo after I saw he banned you that he didn't have sufficient evidence. This is evidence of your innocence and I would like to apologise on behalf of the MushroomCo for the unjustified tempban you received today.I will attempt to teach the staff to remember Rule S4 states that we require evidence before punishment. |

Ok wait... I didn't explain myself well there.Lifoo commented this on my ban appeal. Hello wowman. This entire thing was a misunderstanding the way SwagMaster tells it you where selling him cookies and then killed him. I am so sorry. After banning you Evans told me he had already looked into it and swag master's story was wrong and you didn't need to be banned. I tried to unban you but didn't have the perms. Somebody please unban wowman! I can confirm that I wasn't selling him anything, I tpa'd to him, as shown in the evidence, and at no point did I say I was going to kill him. So basically, this proves that Swagmasterfoelif was lying to get me banned, since I had all of his enchanted armor and sword, (really good), he decided to go and do this as a revenge attack. I wouldn't normally care about getting anyone banned, well since the amazeballs fresh start I had anyway, but since I lost 3 or 4 hours of playtime, I think because of his lies he should be punished too. |
