My helper application




In-game name:

Wowman2002.

Age:

14 years old, birth date 9/2.

Gender:

Male.

Have you been banned on any other servers?

I have been banned twice on other servers. I joined MineCraft as a new player, and was not aware of what "griefing" was, same with "raiding".

So basically I knocked down a guys house and was banned for griefing, then I logged back on and raided the guy then I was banned for "raiding". Ban was perm and I cant recall the server name.

Being new to MC, I did not know what it meant until I looked it up on google.

Why should I be a helper?

I am very helpful, I help new players, tell them to read the rules, etc. I help with commands, mostly faction commands, to those who do not understand them, etc.
I am familiar with all the server commands, I do what I am told, and I know how to discipline people in a correct manner. I know who is in the wrong and who is in the right.
I am a very social person, now anyway. I believe I can help our community in so many ways.

My time frame:

I live in Spain, I am one hour ahead of the UK time and that´s when there are no staff on. I hardly ever go AFK and If I do its not for long and I keep checking.

I can be on from anything to 2 and a half hours a day to 9 hours, school days & weekends.

How long I have been on the server:

I am not 100%, I know it´s been over 5 months now, almost 6.

Staffing experience.


-I started off on a small skyblock server, I was a member of staff there for 6 months and then the server closed down and re-opened as a Hunger Games server and was not a success and the owner(s) decided to close it down.

I was a moderator on this server, worked my way up to enforcer & then Admin. I


-A survival server. I can´t even remember the name! I was a member of staff on it for 9 months. I went from helper, to mod, then to co-owner (without being promoted to head mod, admin, head admin or anything).
Then the head admin decided to grief the whole server with world edit because "he got bored of minecraft" The owner being a bit of a noob, did not have any world backups.

-Eveecraft.

An amazing tekkit server, I was a helper on it but they had 3 dif servers and they closed it since everyone went to the new one.

It adds up to¨

Trialmod 4 times, all of which were accepted.
Admin twice I believe, mod 4 times and co-owner once.

Oh! And helper once! Maybe this can go up to twice :)

Minecraft skills:

I am simply amazing at MineCraft survival, (not to show off), I have so much plugin knowledge and I would class my building skills as a 8 out of 10.

I am amazing at redstone.


Contributions to the server:

-I´m a donator. I donated 10 USD I believe.
-General help with new players.
-Helping people with commands, mostly faction commands and LWC.
-The construction of the first & only mob arena.
-I believe I have made a big contribution to the economy in our servers.
-Construction of the /warp mall where anyone can buy shops and sell items & where anyone can buy pretty much anything.

Hey Jordan, there is no rule against it as long as its not spamming. Anyways, the old mod app I requested to be deleted. The new mod app is a Moderator application and this application is a helper application.

I think the reason you don't see me is because of your time frame, however I assure you I join for a few hours daily without miss.
However, I will thank you for your advice and take it into consideration :)

As said in the mod app, I don't dedicate 100% of my time to helping, but I do help as much as I can, I just don't think you see it.

All advice given I take into consideration and I will try and be on more at night time so I can help people from other places in the world. Thx for the advice & for taking your time to read and comment on the app!

P.S. That font is AWESOME.

Dude you are more or less the most annoying person on the server...
You got jailed for tp killing and other stuff. You beg everyone to unnail you since the person you tp killed griefed me. I just kicked the person and then it was finished but you tp killed him and refused to give his stuff. The person was my friend too.... and i decided he shouldn't get punished since he only broke like 30 leaves.

Uhm, he was his friend, and you actually really didn't need to handle it, since I was already working on what Frozen was talking about, no offence of course, but you knew a staff member was on, and that he was already prob investigating, you should have not interfered

I am not taking away my vote, but from what I am seeing on the server you would be a good Moderator, but you need to learn to ignore people who are trying to pick fights, and if you can't get them to go away or stop you need to contact a Mod. The language is not censored no, but kids that are as young as PG do get on the server, so I would discourage it in any case. If you wanna use cuss words I would make sure you use private chat with whomever you are speaking and ONLY if they are okay with the language. It is much easier to keep from cussing if you are typing as your brain goes through many more processes before you get it typed rather than when you say it.

dude it was ur account, own up to it and man up. take the punishment and after awhile ask once and only once to get unbanned. dont spam it everywhere you can, thats just gonna get you farther down the hole you are currently digging for yourself. trust me on this and be patient! it works, ive had personal experience in my everyday life. i hope this helps you.

Does the massive controversy surrounding this mod application not say enough? Clearly there's reasoning behind the large number of -1's, and would it not be better if we had staff with clear records, rather than taking chances with people whom we all know have a history of having a cloud of drama following them? Your reputation is questionable, Wowman, and unfortunately your past mistakes will inevitably follow you. I personally don't believe people just change when they say they will. People are the way they are and what it comes down to is that they can't help it. Wowman is short tempered (among other things) and that is a trait we should not have in our staff.

Indeed. There are mixed opinions on this. I'm not exactly loved around here, and a lot of the downvotes are my fault for having an opinion on literally everything.

I'm going to be less argumentative on the forums, I hope nobody takes it to heart as I do have an opinion on everything & I love a debate.

I'm fully aware that there are many people who dislike me, but I don't see it as how many people don't like me - I see how many do.

Of course I try and make peace with my "enemies", but sometimes its simply not possible.

I try and stay positive and look at what I do have rather than what I don't.

I hope I can win more votes & get the position - Even though there are mixed opinions, hopefully I can work with all of the people who have voted on this, (mostly the -1s), too see if I can get their vote. I am not going to beg for any votes, but I do believe if I want votes I should work for them and not just expect them.

Even after i have given advise clearly he hasn't curved his aggressive behavior towards others and continues to excessively use colorful words not representing of staff in a kids game. He can't handle being a staff member as he can't handle interactions with other players appropriately.

I have tallied up the votes and I only used each player's first opinion. I ignored people who posted more than once (tylermerg, Idventure, etc.)
