Hi this is Ruler_Dianite and basically what happened was that i was having a misunderstanding with a user or player named Riptide_Surfer and what happened was that was there controversy over something. And i wanted to talk with people confusing us and then, bOOM wtf banned for advertising i didn't say go on this server and play here, its better than webbcraft i was trying to solve a controversy. Understand me i dint mean to "advertise" just resolve the controversy |

There is no way around advertising, any form of advertising, naming servers, etc is against the rules, even if you claim to have said it just to "resolve" a problem.-1 to your unban as your excuse is pretty much pathetic. |

Wowman2002 is correct here. Stating an IP or giving a name is advertising, even saying "hey look it up on google" giving them the name is advertising and will get you a perm ban. |

I think this rule is way out of line it's not like we don't get new player evry day I seem's greedy to me that is is allow and infoced your act like we are a little small 15 person sever and if they leve the sever go'es down we have a lot of Peaple just saying |

No ARNJ, anything that causes people to leave our server is against the rules and I am surprised you disagree as 99.9% of servers ban any form of server advertisement, some even ban advertisement of other games because "It causes people to leave minecraft and play something else", maybe that's too strict but not advertisement of servers. |

+1 Private advertising is not illegal, as if HazzaB would have advertised via private messaging, he would not be demoted. Also, DCThanatos has privately advertised, and was never punished.This is another case of staff doing punishments at a more extreme level than they should be. If the staff got really upset at him, they should have given him a warning (for private advertising). However, if he did not intend advertise in any way, he should be unbanned. |
