Wow, this sure took some time to happen.I could've sworn Mr. Justice would never do such a thing. Turns out I was wrong. It all started when I asked to see wowman's new town. Wowman had his tp disabled so I asked for wowman to teleport me to him. When I arrived at the city, another person was there, Trixel25. (A faction enemy with PvP: True) So, I killed him and took his items. As I proceeded to go home to put the items away, Wowman tp'd me back and /smited me until I was dead. I do not know if the items were destroyed in the process or if wowman has them. (He left shortly after) Killing is allowed, especially when it's a faction enemy with PvP:True. It is undecided between I and Trixel wheather this counts as me TP killing Trixel. This does not, however leave the fact that wowman has clearly tp'd me to him and /smited me thus being donor abuse. Take it how you will, Spunty x. |

First of all Wowman didn't abuse, he was trying to help me to get my stuff back when i died unfairly.And yes, i still think that's TP Killing.Anyways, he didn't abuse. |

No. I was not trying to get anyones stuff back. I don't know how many times you were asked to leave spunty so I finally had to do this as you turned PVP off straight after this. Funny how you mention that but now how you excessively killed him (3 times) |

Okay, you got it all wrong. Firstly, you never asked me to leave, and even when I did, you just tp'd me back and killed me with /smiteSecondly, I killed him twice, first when I got his items, and secondly when he started hitting me, so I had to kill him retaliation in order to not get myself killed. |

Now I don't want this to turn into a huge argument, but I have firsthand seen Wowman abusing and being annoying/rude just to make someone mad.1. He has abused /smite before. I do not remember the circumstances but he smited me multiple times in attempt to kill me. 2. At my shop I sell books and quills (At the price of 0.000001 for convenience) for people to use to suggest items I should sell. Once he came to my shop and purposefully bought all of them, just to make me mad. I restocked it when he had logged off and came back after school to find they were all gone again, with one in the suggestion chest saying "Thanks for the book and quills! -Wowman". I told him to stop but he didn't. I have screenshots of both of these incidents but I don't know how to post them to the forums so people can see them. If anyone could help me out that would be great. |

I wouldn't consider 3 deaths even remotely close to excessive killing. Also, players without /tp or /tpo can't tp kill.Force tp'ing him there and smiting ihm is also the worst thing you could do if he didn't want to leave EARLIER. |

Armz ive punished wowman but ive mailed luigi about removing his smite and/or tp but if you see this and happen to be on itd be nice if you could. |

Armz each time trixel25 was tpd back (By me, with permission) Spunty was killing him. This happened 3 or 4 times.Also, I did not force tp him to me to smite him, he was already in the area harassing trixel and refusing to leave with PVP false. He was in my Pet Store and I smited him. |

Once I gather necessary proof I plan to make a complaint against Spunty for harassment and trespass and refusing to leave. |

Okay, first off wowman, You're clearly in the wrong here, so just stop trying.Secondly, I only killed trixel twice, second time in self-defense, I'm sure you can ask him that. Also, how could it be trespassing if you were the one who tp'd me there? Why is it harassment if all I did was kill trixel for his items? That's just regular, PvP: True, Faction enemy player vs player. How could I refuse to leave if when I left, you tp'd me back anyway? Lots of love, Spunty x |

1. I am NOT.2. I saw a minimum of 3 kills. 3. After you killed him I asked you to leave various times and you did not, which is trespass and harassment. Also, I didn't tp u back your lying through ur teeth. |

Eh, damn Ill say it.I am sorry for my reaction, however, when you have been welcomed on to someones property as a visit to see it, when its not open or anything, your the first person to see it, have some respect. Fine, he had PVP true, you killed him, but there was no need to kill him 3 times (or whatever amount it is) and absolutely no need to stay in the area when asked to leave. I felt as though I had no other option since you was killing him. I smited you, I still stick by that I didn't do /tphere and them smite you, I smited you as you was in the area. I do like you Spunty and I apologize for my reaction but you were also in the wrong and must take half the blame. Kind regards -Wowman2002. |

You know what, you're right. I'm taking half the blame here.I know you sometimes swing in your mood, but I know that the real wowman is friendly and kind. I'm sorry for killing Trixel, although I do not have his stuff. Either you have it or it was burned in the lightning (I don't know) By the way, all this still doesn't stop me from liking your city.
