I don't want to make this too long of a read, so I'll shorten it a bit. I had an illegal item in my enderchest called 'cocaine' in bold, red colours. I was jailed for 1 hour, and I accepted that. Then, BlueRoon took my items, and thats when the problems started.He said 'You have already been given 1 illegal item, so your tools might be illegit too'. He didn't know if they were illegit - he just thought it. I tried to explain that they are legit and I made them, but he didn't listen. He then went on to taking EVERYTHING out of my enderchest. This was because some of my diamonds were from Kakashi's shop, which were spawned in. I was just told about this yesterday. Around 50 diamond blocks weren't from her shop, as you could probably see by my playtime on the server. I have came on every day for long periods of time to mine, build, ect, and work for these items, just to get them taken away. A few of the other mods knew that he was taking this a bit too far. When I was unjailed I checked my enderchest and everything was gone. All the emeralds (around 8 blocks which were legit), all the iron (a stack of iron blocks), all my gold (around 8 blocks of gold) and loads of armour, swords and bows (along with my wither skull which I got myself from killing wither skeletons). Just think about how you would feel if you played every day, put loads of time into getting items, and then for them all to be taken and deleted. BlueRoon had no actual evidence my tools were illegit, nor my items in my enderchest, and I just think that's really unfair, because I worked hard for them. BlueRoon has already griefed 1000 blocks, and he's still staff? Now he has taken an innocent player's items for the suspicion that they are illegit. When is someone going to take action? |

Okay. He was quite wrong to do this. However if u have illegit items the mods assume that all of it is illegit, and they have good reason too.I dont know whats gonna happen but it seems to me like ur getting ur items back. |

Well they shouldn't assume that its all illegit. It's not like they caught me with a spawned in weapon, it was sugar called cocaine. BlueRoon got carried away, and I want my stuff back. |

I did scold him for DELETING the items immediately rather than simply putting them into the evidence locker provided to staff members. However the reason for him taking them was right. You did admit to buying diamonds from the shop which sold over 1000 diamonds, I always confiscate items and place them in an evidence chest until it can be proven that they were indeed legit, or at least prove that they aren't spawned in.Overall we cannot do anything about this for you and I'm sorry you lost items that you got legit, I hope this won't cause problems in the future. |

I was about 90% sure you items were not legit, and with all the illegit diamonds you had and everything that donator gave you i completely doubt anything else was legit, so i didnt take any chances. |

With 'everything that donator gave you', I guess you refer to me.The only thing I've given to Zyr was that 'cocaine' and maybe some fireworks, and yes, those are spawned in, which is against the rules, but come on, can you take that as seriously as you do now..? Exactly, he only gave me an item called 'cocaine' - not all my tools. Around 50 blocks weren't from her shop. All things in my ender chest apart from the illegitimate diamonds were legit. I want my ender chest restored please. |

Well I understand his assumption but he should have put more effort into getting to the bottom of the case. He is just looking for an easy life in my opinion, and he never used to be like that. Maybe he's on his period. He will be back to his usual self soon Zyr, just dont judge him too quick because he is a real nice guy once you get to know him. |

His usual self? I've heard that he has been banned for griefing 1000 blocks and he's still on the staff team. I don't even mind now because I'm not playing on this server anymore. goalbot was right, most people just go with this abusive Admin because they are scared of getting banned by him. |

Im acting completely as i should be, thank you very much, and "the way im acting" is of no concern to you, you had illegal items and even if the swords/tools werent legit you never wouldve told us so i took precautions and removed them all, case closed. |

And that's what alot of people call GOOD administrating. Look, nothing you say is going to get blue punished, simply because we don't belive half the stuff your saying due to some lies but mainly because about the amount of complaints AGAINST you.by arguing even more just bores anyone in position to punish blue, therefor they're less likely to even bother with it, you know? Basically what I'm saying is to stop arguing here and right now. |

Exactly what penquinator said. Blue was right in this case, blueroon is someone who I really enjoy spending time with and is a fantastic member of staff and we are lucky to have him.Blue not in this case, but recently your attitude has taken a slight U turn, My advice is just to be careful how you say things. Its nothing serious but something that you might wanna change,in this case no, but in others, yes. But other than that minor issue, your a fantastic admin. |
