Zyr is up to it again, this time hes saying "im not giving you your stuff back, its mine now"hes also making fun of what i had. i also want to point out that it wasnt /tp and he definately didnt /tpa someone has told me hes hacked before and i think that may be true as he 1shots me with a sword, i have no idea how he managed to even get full diamond in just this amount of time being on the server. . |

I have heard people calling Zyr a hacker and I have killed him multiple times in PvP. He was trying to PvP log and when he got back in I stepped away from his items to let him know he can take them back. That was no /back. He just appeared on top of me, several blocks away from where he died. Full diamond is possible, but Zyr probobaly didn't go mining for all that and I've seen his armor, it's maxed. That either means hacking or stealing from donators. Zyr has been bullying lately and he definitely deserves a ban. |

Yes, I think Zyr should be banned, I have seen him killing people and won't give them their stuff back. I helped (some) of the people he have killed by giving them some stuff (like iron, some diamonds, and some food) but I don't give out a lot just some like 5 iron maybe 2-3 diamonds and like 12-24 food to have. But I believe Zyr should be banned once and for all. |

Vultur you actually made me laugh just then.I haven't pvp'd you ONCE, nor have a called other players 'hackers' unless I have literally saw them flying around. You haven't killed me in pvp because you haven't even pvp'd me! Stop chatting shit. I don't pvp log as I am someone who is always trying to enforce that rule. Yes, I have many diamonds - doesn't mean I used xray to get them. The first time I did a proper mining trip on the server was yesterday, when I got a stack and a half of diamonds due to my fortune 3. JamesSkullBlood most of the time I do give back items to players, but not when I'm being verbally abused by them. AmberTheFox had been accusing me of various different bad acts all day, so when I had the chance I killed her and kept her iron armour. As armzngunz has said, it's not necessary for me to give items back, but I do give them back to people who don't overreact like AmberTheFox did today.Also, may I point out that AmberTheFox is known to lie, as she lied about Loki tp killing her. I was online at the time and saw her get shot by a skeleton, but she blamed Loki. And armzngunz was online at the start. I am breaking no rules by killing other players, and giving their items back is not necessary (unless I killed them in an arena which had a rule saying that I must). P.S - You saw me kill two players, who I had helped out when they joined. I told them not to do something and they did it, so to stop them from continuing I killed him and was instantly getting verbally abused by him. He asked for his items back, so he teleported to me and I tried to explain to him that another user had taken the majority of his items, and I only got his iron leggings and one of his tools. He then went on to accusing me of killing him again, when he was killed by a Zombie Pigman, and then tried to get me banned for 'excessive killing' when he was killed by pigmen. Later on, I was then accused of saying things like 'I f***ed your mother' and other horrible things. I was then constantly insulted by him and his friend, who then went on to asking really inappropriate questions. I have helped out many new players on this server. -Zyr |

Zyr stole my armour in pvp arena after I was /kill, he had pvp false and when I came on today for the first time in 4 days I saw that in my chest was a full set of leather armour wih protection 10 which I gave immediately to XxMLGsniper aka syndicate as he is a donator and no one else was on. I have a feeling Zyr hacled the armour and my chests. He placed it to have something to ban me. But now KGEvans will know and hopefully he can find out who made it and perm ban them |

Darkexpress, another accusation of me hacking. I would like to point out before I begin that there is no hack which can spawn in protection 10 armour, or bypass the chest lock plugin.I didn't steal your armour. Luigi killed you as a punishment for pvp logging and abuse of commands, so I took the opportunity to receive your items (as they would've been mine if you didn't pvp log). Also my pvp wasn't false, and the other person in the arena didn't try to hit me. Anyway, it's pointless talking about this as it has already been resolved. If I could put armour in your chest, I wouldn't because I don't have as much of a strong hate for you as you do to me. May I remind you that I requested to tp to you when I came on and completely forgot that you didn't deny it, so the tp request was still there and you took advantage of that. You accepted the teleport when I went afk to make this report and you lit me on fire with flint and steel, even when my pvp was false. If you're gonna talk about 'dick moves' then just look at that. P.S - Don't ask for evidence, because I'm not reporting you for that. I hope that you wont do it again, but if you do I'll screenshot it and report it. -Zyr |

Luigi ive put into a warning system for this, each time wowman or Zyr say something offensive on the forums it is a day tempban, since they both have one warning already next will be 2 days then 3 and after 4 its perm. |
