Lol jks Idc 1. Kill people that are trying to help you. 2. Killing new people and burning all they're survival hard earned items and causing them to leave the server. I have personally seen him do this 4 times. 3. Killing people and being a dick about it after and rubbing it in. 4. Griefing. He allegedly griefed Darkexpress_and Teddymao. 5. Always arguing and being rude.... Its okay to argue to defend someone or something for good reasons, but he is always the person doing wrong And the list goes on.. He needs to be dealt with once and for all... We all want him banned since he has broken every single rule |

First, let me start of by saying I didn't kill anyone that was trying to help me. I know you're talking about the grief which happened to Chris, but in no way was darkexpress_ trying to help me. He hit Chris, so I attacked him and he broke a rule. This was already dealt with.Secondly, I have killed many players on the server. I don't burn all the items they have, its just - why should I give the items back if I'm being sworn at and insulted constantly? If you haven't noticed, I can't spawn things in - so most things I have are hard earned items too, like my maxed out bow and my best sword which I lost earlier today. Did I make a big fuss about it? No. Because he killed me and broke no rules while doing so. I did not shout abuse at the player who killed me, or demand any of my items back, unlike the majority of the players on the server I have killed. Thirdly, I didn't grief anyone. Just because someone says something it doesn't mean its true, unless they have valid evidence. And lastly, I am not always arguing and being rude, nor am I the person doing wrong. Okay, when I got all of darkexpress_'s I did rub it in a little, but I have already explained that several times. When I killed AmberTheFox she started an argument, where I was not in the wrong. As for loads of the other players I killed I was not in the wrong. Killing is not against the rules. Excessive killing is, but I have not spawned killed anyone. 'We all want him banned since he has broken every single rule'. I haven't broke every rule, I have broken none, apart from maybe being disrespectful to a few players which were disrespectful to me in the first place. And when you said 'We all want him banned' you mean you, darkexpress_ and maybe a few other players. |

Also, I have seen you in many arguments, and you have had a temper tantrum at me for no reason once, which involved you spamming the chat in caps and insulting me constantly. That is breaking rule 3, and some other rules. In my 1 week of playing on this server I have seen you abusing /smite and /tp many times, on me and on other players. That is not allowed. I have seen so many reports about you, Wowman, and unlike the situations with me, they have been true. Many players do not like you on this server, just like some do not like me - it does not mean you should be banned purely because people don't like you. |

You have admitted to excessively killing Amber, you said 3 or 4 times, if she kept hitting you, you could have tpd away like any logical person would, without breaking the excessive killing rule. You are ALWAYS in an argument because YOU have broken some kind of rule, most of the time it being PVP. Your always being a dick about it and you are really cocky. Your not someone we want on our servers, your disrespectful,rude,cocky and quite frankly immature and annoying. You have been here for 1 week and you have had 3 or 4 complaints against you, all with proof. Thats 4 rules broken 1. Disrespect. 2. Excessive PVP 4. Excessive caps and swearing. I have seen you calling people a cunt and an asshole. You dont like it when Teddymao does that, so why do you do it. Treat people how you want to be treated. Amber wants you banned, I want you gone, Dark wants you banned,chris wants you banned, and many others. Get ur act together. |

Ok Zyr now you are trying to get me banned saying we all want you banned considering you have been on this server 1 week I suggest you shut up, before you get in more trouble. I already have enough evidence to ask staff to consider giving you a temp or perm ban due to grief, sadly you dont know staff have core proctect ( i forgot the name) that can roll back grief and check who griefed. So shut up. Everyone hates u. Wowman I am on holiday, but considering you know KGEvans better than I do, could you talk about it with him, or another mod, maybe luigi if yoh could thx, I think when everyone comes on later Zyr wont stand a chance on the forums but try and get others in game, who have fell victim to his abuse to comment here |

Excuse me, but excessive caps? I do not excessive caps on the server. You're the person who does. You disrespect more players than the amount of brain cells in your tiny head. Just scrolling through the reports section I have seen many, many reports to do with you being disrespectful and abusive.I haven't broke 4 rules. I was disrespectful to a few players, which is nothing compared to what you have done. P.S - I'm sure 3 comes after 2 and before 4. |

Then after you was swearing in caps about your Dad for like 5 minutes I said 'nobody cares about your dad' and you said to me 'how dare you talk about my dad like that'. Wowman2002 you have most likely been done for excessive swearing which is indeed a rule.Right now both of you are breaking the rule about being nice to other players so if you could stop with this. However to clarify Zyr has been warned about pvp bypassing by me and will receive a 3 day tempban if I catch him doing it. Wowman2002 has not abused any commands as of yet. However I am warning you both now if you cannot be nice to each other there will be consequences. Make friends or leave each other alone. |

i also want to say 1 more thing, it was a kinda unfair pvp as he had pvp off, he never gave me time to turn pvp off.today armz isnt letting me have my stuff back although it was unfair pvp and there is something wrong with the factions (my fac and his fac) not just that but ive actually heared from a few people saying that hes hacked before, im just thinking, he has 1 shotted me alot with his OP sword. hes making fun of the stuff i had like "nice banner amber" and he is saying "no im not giving you your stuff back, its mine now" and by everything else that i cant put in as there is just so much, i think this guy really needs a good punish. |

Okay, let me start off by saying that I didn't have an OP sword. It was sharp 5, unbreaking 3, fire aspect 2 and looting 3. There is no hack which allows the person using it to 1shot another player. Therefore I didn't 1shot you, I hit you twice and you died. I did 1shot you with my bow, however, but that is possible with a power 5 bow.I have never hacked on this server - I don't even own any hacked clients. The pvp wasn't unfair, you had been using caps and insulting me all day. You are known to lie, Amber, just like you did with me and my 'excessive killing and tp killing' and Loki with his so called 'tp killing'. I wasn't giving your stuff back because you had pissed me off the whole day, and I don't have access to /ignore. P.S - 1) I didn't have pvp off, because if I did I couldn't have hit you in the first place. 2) There is nothing wrong with your faction and my faction, it's just that we are enemied so I can kill you in your claimed land.
