It has occured to me that Zyr has only been on the server 1 week and he already is thinking about owning ( I cant wait to see what his mod app is like....) He has already broke every rule , and evades punishment but makig up excuses and his own rules.1) Griefing, well I dont need to start with this , recently he has griefed my faction land, teddymaos. I will try and sort this out when I get on. Visit teddymaos complaint webbcraft.co.uk/forum/read_topic.php?id=1138. This also tells us Zyr evaded pvp false by spleefing teddymao. 2)excessively killing others, including newcomers at spawn. Visit amberthefox complaint about zyr excessively killing. 3) Just being a idiot (ok, I think that does not count) 4) killing people who are trying to help you, I fell victim to this whilst I tried to help somone who got griefed, by taking screenshots and trying to give resources and armourto the person who got griefed. Then guess what.... Zyr decides to make an argument with my about having pvp false whilst in combat???. Then he decides to kill the person who got griefed and abuse me. I then abused him, whith help of others on the server who were telling him to shut his gob. Zyr also got kicked several times by donators flr this. 5)Burning items that of others who had got griefed. See the screenshots he took about me....prntscr.com/6okr5q. I also was treatening him with /kill when I got donator as he was pissing me off. Dont worry I will never actually do that. 6)being a dick 7) killing people and rubbing it in. Even rubbing it in the face of the person who got griefed Chris, after all she had lost. Mate then list just goes on and on, for flips sake ban this.... (I have run out off names to call this guy, considering he is everything that is shit. Well you just literally copied and pasted what I said. All of this is 100% true. He has only been on for a week and is not someone we want on the server. I also plan to make a complaint today.Ban this person, we dont want or need him. |

Okay, so this is your opinion...1) I have no griefed you or Teddymao, infact I have never griefed anyone on the server. 2) I do not excessively kill others, nor newcomers at spawn. I helped several newcomers with mining, and many other things. 3) This is your opinion, I personally do not like you either. 4) This was already resolved and you was punished as you should have been. I would hardly say you was helping, as you was just walking around the place. It doesn't matter if you was 'helping' you still abused the pvp toggler, which was against the rules. 5) Just like you get pissed off, so do I. I burned the items to annoy you, just as you was annoying me. 6) Again, your personal opinion. 7) When I got all your items I rubbed it in your face as you wasn't being pleasant to me, and I had felt annoyed with what you did. I didn't break any rules, this is just your opinion. Considering what you've done - spamming the server, swearing in caps and threatening to abuse commands at me - I have done nothing. You and a couple of other people disliking me doesn't mean anything as I know many people on the server who don't like you either, darkexpress. |

Ok well here is the bitching lies again, plus I dont think anyone hates me much on this server, I have been on mushrrom co almost 1.5 year and I have never had major problems. So get you friends who hate me to comment here, if they dont I can just add to my list you are lying once again. |

The evidence all lies with core protect, evwn if u have tried to patch up the grief to not get banned core protect can see through that. Also apparently you raided his chests in his house using that hopper minecart thing as it is on unclaimed land |

May you show me where he grieved you whenever you are on? if this is true Zyr will get the right punishment for that.Everything else I cannot deal with. I would like to say the same thing as on Wowman2002's post, if you can't get along and follow Rule 3 then punishment will be dealt. Make friends or ignore each other. |

Ok KGevans, when I come on, probably on Wednesday I can show u the grief, plz note the person who got griefed was teddymao, read his report. Also please read that excessive killing is not allowed, and amberthefox and teddy as well as many others have fallen to his blade repeatly, check logs |

Ok what time do I expect to see you so I can make sure I am free. It's not a good day to catch me on as I am usually travelling.Also yes excessive killing is against the rules, but however I do not have access to the server logs so am unable to get the evidence to support your argument. |

KGEvans I am able to be on most of the time during the next two weeks, tell me when u are able to see the grief, but if u are unable I can get another staff member. Thanks KGEvans. By the way...at /warp mall at your shop, how can u open a iron door with your hand, is it part of a new update or most likley its me being a noob.
