I think that everyone should get /tptoggle because I have had way too many people tping to my base (milocooper,Ochad and a couple more) and they only abuse the command. Even though Milo was not a donor some jackass to be a troll (I am not mentioning any names) tp'd him to me and he killed me while I had PvP false. Many other people have been briefed like this so I think donors should lose this command so only mods + can use it. It only gets abused and it can get very annoying. A compromise would be /tptoggle for citizens but removing the tp command removes the root of the problem. Only donors are probably going to comment against the removal of /tp I hope this comment is useful for troll victims -Dub |

-1.Tp is a useful command for donators, /tphere should be removed but not tp. If your ever tp'd to and dont want them there, tell them to leave and if they refuse picture it and report the specific player. Not all donators abuse the command and the reason Fun tpd him to you is because he was pestering fun and myself. I hope this helped. |

Well well well, its a donor commenting against the removal of /tp, just as I predicted. What is the use of /tp for donors? It only gets abused. If he was pestering you then you could have smitten him or dropped him in lava. |

It does not only get abused. TP is a convenience for donators to travel to their friends without having to wait for people to do tpaccept. It can also be good for donators if they want to try and spot any grievers or hackers. Therefore if we allowed citizens to have tptoggle then none of the donators will have much use against rule breakers. On the off side, if a donator has been caught abusing the tp command please report it on these forums. Screenshots will be helpful, but a time it happened will work too. |

Here are 3 statements supporting my argument1 Donors should leave it to the mods to do /co and roll it back. How would the donor even know about the hacker or griefer anyway? 2 It only takes 1.73 seconds for me to type /tpaccept (I timed it with my watch) but it might take 2 secs for someone who is not as fluent with the keyboard as me to type it. 3 once a donor has killed you and taken your items there is a low chance you'll get them back soon because you have to get a mod and if the donor has put the items in a chest then they're prettymuch gone forever (unless someone spawns them in) -Dub |

Argument 1: Grieving yes we can see it, however hackers I'm afraid not. I used to teleport to people with an invisibility potion active to check for people all the time before I was mod. I caught a couple of people with this method.Argument 2: It is fairly easy to make typing errors, and also people may take a while to even type it in. Some people may also be in a situation where they want a friend to come along and cannot type at the time. Such as fighting mobs. Argument 3: Once this does happen you must inform a mod immediately, or take screenshots and post to the forum. The stolen items can be recovered from chests by mods as we have a bypass for that and also those abusers will lose the teleport privileges along with a temp ban. Especially if they have bypass the pvp protection. If you do have any problems with someone abusing TP in game I am usually on or another mod will be on. Feel free to contact us immediately. |

I have another argument to keep /tp.I do what KGEvans does with this invisibility potion when no staff are online and if someone seems like they are up to something I may check it out. Hackers I have seen in the past. In PvP on other servers I have fought people using regen, reach, fly, invisibility, or other forms of hacking. I know how to spot it. Regeneration: Use the Damage Indicators mod. If someone is using regeneration hacks it will show them regenerating on the indicator bar. Screenshots are effective against this. Reach: The maximum range of a player using melee weapons is 1.5-2 blocks away. This is fairly obvious as you will not be able to hit the person when they are hitting you. Video evidence is most effective against this. Fly: This is by far the most obvious form. Looking up occasionally doesn't hurt. "I was lagging" is a common excuse, but 90% of the time is a lie. Screenshots are effective. Invisibility: Less obvious, but easily countered. Video evidence and/or screenshots of particle effects work. Other: If they are using hacks to get into creative/max enchants, you should be able to tell. 1. Hitting them won't do anything. 2. They may fly. 3. It's almost impossible to get max enchants in under one month of first joining. Getting diamonds and all the XP takes time, even with farms. Normally it is acquired by theft, killing a donator, or hacks. Screenshots and videos work. If they are bypassing chest locks and claimed land, it's fairly obvious. Screenshots and videos help. I hope this helps you spot hackers easier. |

Lag doesnt make people fly, if you lag then it can make people fly. |
