He has been constantly using caps, disrespecting and cheating in Player vs Player.I have screenshots if needed. Zyr is a witness and the victim of dark´s behaviour,although Zyr is a tad out of line too, rubbing stuff in and being rude, however in comparason to Dark´s behaviour its nothing. |

Ok, wait a sec, Firstly I was helping with grief when Zyr happily attacked me. Zyr then decided to torment me with abuse, Donator Synthesizer, wowman and others all saw it. And then told him to shut up after he demanded my armour. To round this up he starting killing the person eho got griefed. I challenged him to a 1v1 battle. I got insta killed right away wih in 2 mins of being in arena and Zyr then enderpearled in and took eventhing. Funboy tried to help me but Zyr had pvp false in arena. I later found out luigi killed me???? (I thought it was 1v1. Then I recived more abusive, whilst other donators decided to help me at times. I then threatened Zyr to /kill him when I got donator as after all this time I died to this command( i want him to feel pain of dieing instantly), and I was gojng to inflict it on him. I admit I got carried away, but this is all due to abuse and other stuff. Zyr then tped to me and griefed a part that was unclaimed. But luigi did not care and watwatched me in the chat plead for someone. Funboy tried to help. Plz note Zyr was kicked of the server multiple times due to abuse and grief. Luigi did not do anythig wrong apart from ,/kill me. Thx darkexpress_ |

Also, in response to your first post, dark, I started attacking you after you hit another player. You toggled pvp in combat, then tp'd out. You did this twice, which was why Wowman smited you. You even came back with god apples after you tp'd away. I did not 'torment you with abuse'. I simply asked for you to be punished for breaking a rule. You started insulting me in caps in the public chat after that. I killed the person who got griefed because they teleported to me and tried to kill me. You got /killed as punishment for breaking a rule. I rubbed it in a bit because you had been very rude to me, and then you started using even more caps and insults in the chat. You then topped it off with a threat to abuse commands which you will have when you donate to the server. I was not kicked off the server multiple times due to abuse, as I did not abuse anything, even though you did. I also did not get kicked for grief, as I did not grief in the first place. Luigi did nothing wrong at all and was justified in punishing you for rule-breaking. |
