Hi,I recommend making a sort of first spawn, with a quiz in it. New players can chose to skip the quiz and keep default (without a lot of commands and abilities), or they can chose to read the rules on the server and do the quiz, if they complete the quiz, they'll be given Citizen (and have the commands and so on like Citizens have now). This seems like a good idea to check people are at least acknowledging the rules. However is there a plugin to do this, or can it be done already? |

It can already be done with command blocks and pressure pads. Its a good idea but it should be obligatory. |

If you need, I know command block tech and could rig up a system rather easily if someone designs the questions. |
