Well it all began when I saw Wowman2002 spamming about this new mall he had just finished building and I was interested.I took a look around and it was very empty and noticed he had signs everywhere stating you can buy a shop so I asked him if i could but realized i did not have enough money so I went and voted for this website to earn some. I then heard my character being attacked whilst i was about to vote and when I finally got to mineraft it was too late I was already dead...my stuff completely gone. I then went back and complained to Wowman2002 and he claimed not to have my stuff on him and then he killed me. I then wrote a note telling GMC and wolfeyes what I was going to do and mentioned in this note about him stealing my stuff. So to teach him a lesson which is far less bad a I destroyed a few of his blocks(twenty, maybe even less) which really isn't as bad as I know mods can roll it back. when it was done I was banned for three days and when I knew my time limit would be up I went back on and found out I had been rebanned after being released, banned by blueroon. After about a day I tried to go back on and I had been released again by an admin whom I have no name for as I do not know who did this and Blueroon found out and then jailed me and refused to let me go until he found out who it was and I was trying to explain to him how I promise to be well behaved and his actions are unfair. The next morning I logged back on(this morning) and an admin was online, HazzaB and I explained in short most of it(left out most of the parts about my stuff being stolen but i did mention my block destroying and blueroons actions against me being released) and a few hours ago today, Blueroon found out and he wasn't happy...again. He rejailed me and I told him I had told hazzaB most of what happened but he wouldn't listen all he told me was he is going to have a go at hazzab and then ban me otherwise we will both moan. I was still trying to talk to blueroon up until about an hour ago but either way he became very immature and started ignoring me when I was asking for him. It is very wrong what Blueroon(nickname Hedgey) has done and I did go to the contact us telling whoever gets those messages most of what happened including about blueroon but was never listened to, I tried my best to make sure no punishment happens to you Blueroon as I did always like you but you have been completely unfair and have tried to over rule an admin twice and to me that is terrible as "you must respect your elders". auf wiedersehen Blueroon goodluck to you I hope you lose admin or AT LEAST lose your place on the poll which i wrongly voted for you on thinking you were good and listened to me. Grant for the record let me say it was mostly rollair and MayhemUFC(I think there's an extra letter somewhere in there) that were arguing. You did back off but they didn't. But you did randomly say to "leave you out" even though you weren't being mentioned. You said it over and over and wouldn't listen to reason.And the protocol for griefing infractions says that anything over 6 blocks is perm bannable (Correct me if I'm wrong, last time I checked was pre-Saraku era). For 20 blocks you should have been perm banned, and IF wowman isn't lying about 100-120 then you should be perm banned without parole. I know you have justification for your actions but still what you did is wrong. People will kill you if you are in an area where it is legal (Anywhere outside of Safe Zone or certain areas that are clearly designated as "No PvP" such as spectator areas). You will have to deal with it. And pointing fingers at the closest player won't solve anything. You could have just looked at your death message in chat (I.E. grantnirvana was slain by/shot by/burnt to a crisp whilst fighting [player]). And considering how rude you were last night I think it's for the best you stay banned. |

I do feel slightly lied to as grant gave me a very different story when I found him in jail. Anyone who I find to be under perm-jail I generally unjail as some people can go weeks without being unjailed (Even months like Shadow {Cant remember which Shadow})Do please set a time limit on all mutes and jails Grant, you shouldn't pit staff against each other just because we can't all know about every grief. You guys tend to get a lot of things wrong as I barely swear and never use excessive caps and I have not been disrespectful or an "asshole" to anybody disagreeing with me I have politely told them they are wrong everytime. you used quite a few caps and swore in there calling me names so you're quite the hypocrite sir(disrespecting me. This is total stupidity. If you grief 6 blocks you get banned for 3 days. 20 blocks should be about 2 weeks temp-ban. 30 blocks, that should almost be a perm ban. 100-200 blocks, I dont even have to write it, PERM FREAKIN BAN. I think you have the idea.. |
